The Selkirk, like its fixed-back variant the Montrose, has coil sprung arms and seat as well as feather and down seat and back cushion interiors as standard. The back is flat sprung to allow room for the generous back cushions. Greengate uses traditional fillings in its upholstery, such as hog hair, hessian (burlap) and pure new cotton wadding. Use of these materials ensures that the Selkirk will retain its appealing shape and looks as well as providing sterling service for years to come.
